By accessing the Website or purchasing, booking, or using any Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website or Services.

By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. Our Services are not directed to or intended for use by minors.

2. Description of Services

Awaken with Anastasia provides a mix of services and products, which may include, without limitation, coaching or consulting sessions, bookable appointments, tarot and divination readings, digital products, courses, and related offerings (collectively, the "Services"). The specific Services available, their descriptions, and their prices are as listed on the Website and may change from time to time without prior notice.

3. Divination and Tarot Disclaimer

Tarot, divination, and similar offerings are provided for entertainment, reflective, and personal growth purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional advice and are not predictive of future events.

Any tarot reading, divination session, or similar offering provided through the Services is intended for entertainment, spiritual reflection, and personal insight purposes only. You acknowledge and agree that:

• Tarot and divination readings are not scientifically validated and should not be interpreted as fact, prediction, or guarantee of any future event, outcome, or circumstance.
• Readings are subjective in nature and reflect interpretation, not certainty. We make no representation or warranty regarding the accuracy, reliability, or outcome of any reading.
• Readings are not a substitute for professional advice, including but not limited to medical, mental health, legal, financial, or psychological advice. You should consult an appropriately licensed or qualified professional for matters requiring such expertise.
• You are solely responsible for any decisions or actions you take based on, or in connection with, a reading or any other Service. We expressly disclaim any liability for outcomes resulting from your reliance on a reading or any related Service.
• Readings are not appropriate for, and should not be relied upon in, situations involving medical emergencies, mental health crises, legal disputes, or financial decisions of significant consequence.

4. Health and Wellness Disclaimer — Not a Licensed Healthcare Provider

Awaken with Anastasia is NOT a licensed physician, nurse, dietitian, therapist, or other healthcare provider. Nothing offered through the Services is medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

In the course of providing Services, Awaken with Anastasia may share general wellness and lifestyle information, perspectives on herbs, supplements, or natural remedies, and/or nutrition- or diet-related guidance. You acknowledge and agree to the following:

a. No Medical Licensure

• Awaken with Anastasia is not a licensed physician, nurse practitioner, dietitian, nutritionist, psychotherapist, or other healthcare professional in any jurisdiction, and holds no professional healthcare license or certification recognized by any medical board or regulatory body.
• Nothing said, written, or provided through the Services — whether in a session, on the Website, in written materials, or otherwise — constitutes the practice of medicine, nursing, dietetics, psychotherapy, or any other licensed health profession.

b. Not Medical Advice, Diagnosis, or Treatment

• Any wellness, lifestyle, herbal, supplement, or nutritional information shared through the Services is provided for general educational and informational purposes only.
• This information is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition, and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a licensed physician or other qualified healthcare provider.
• You should always seek the advice of a licensed physician or other qualified healthcare provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition, mental health condition, medication, or treatment, and before making any changes to your diet, supplement regimen, or healthcare routine.
• Never disregard professional medical advice, or delay seeking it, because of information or guidance received through the Services.

c. Herbs, Supplements, and Natural Remedies

• Statements regarding herbs, supplements, or natural remedies shared through the Services have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or any equivalent regulatory body in your jurisdiction, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
• Herbs and supplements can interact with medications and existing health conditions, and are not appropriate or safe for everyone. d. Nutrition and Diet Guidance

• Any nutrition- or diet-related information shared through the Services is general in nature and is not a personalized medical nutrition therapy plan from a registered dietitian or physician.
• Individual nutritional needs vary based on health history, medical conditions, medications, and other factors that we are not qualified to assess. Consult a licensed physician or registered dietitian before making significant changes to your diet, especially if you have a medical condition, eating disorder history, or are pregnant or nursing.

e. Your Responsibility

• You are solely responsible for any decisions you make regarding your health, diet, supplement use, or medical care, including any decisions made in reliance on information or guidance received through the Services.
• Awaken with Anastasia expressly disclaims any and all liability for any injury, illness, loss, or damage allegedly arising from or related to your use of, or reliance on, any health, wellness, herbal, supplement, or nutrition-related information provided through the Services.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, mental health crisis, or urgent health concern, contact a licensed medical professional or emergency services immediately. Do not rely on the Services in place of appropriate medical care.

5. Bookings, Purchases, and Payment

• All prices for Services, multi-session packages, and bundles are listed on the Website and are subject to change without notice, except for Services or products already purchased or booked.
• Payment is due at the time of booking or purchase unless otherwise stated.
• Non-Transferability: All single sessions, multi-session packages, and bundles are strictly non-transferable. Sessions purchased must be used solely by the individual who made the purchase and cannot be shared, gifted, or split between multiple individuals unless explicitly agreed upon in writing by us prior to booking.
• You are responsible for providing accurate billing and contact information. We are not responsible for issues arising from inaccurate information you provide.
• Payment processing is handled by third-party payment processors. We do not store full payment card details on our own systems.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Because our Services vary in format and structure, the cancellation and refund terms below are organized by service type. By booking or purchasing any Service, package, or bundle, you acknowledge and agree to the terms applicable to that Service type.

a. Usage Expiration Windows

All Services, whether purchased as a single session or as part of a multi-session package or bundle, must be used within the following timeframes, measured from the date of purchase, unless explicitly stated otherwise on the purchase page:

• Tarot & Divination Readings (single sessions and bundles): 60 days from the date of purchase.
• Coaching and Neural Root Mapping (single sessions and bundles): 60 days from the date of purchase.
• Ascension Series (6 sessions): 90 days from the date of purchase.
• Ascension Series Bundle (12 sessions): 120 days from the date of purchase.

Any sessions remaining unused after the applicable expiration window are automatically forfeited with no refund.

b. Single Sessions and Divination Readings

• Cancellations with More Than 48 Hours' Notice: Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time are eligible for a refund, minus a 10% administrative and processing fee to cover non-recoverable payment processing charges and administrative overhead.
• Cancellations with Less Than 48 Hours' Notice: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time are non-refundable. Because individual time slots are reserved exclusively for you, short-notice cancellations result in unrecoverable lost time and preparation.
• Rescheduling Rules:
  • More than 48 hours' notice: You may reschedule your session at no additional charge up to a maximum of two (2) times per booking.
  • Less than 48 hours' notice: Rescheduling within the 48-hour window requires a rescheduling fee equal to 50% of the original session fee to lock in a new date. Upon request, Awaken with Anastasia will issue a payment link for the fee. The new appointment time will be confirmed once the fee is paid. Attempting to reschedule without paying the fee, or failing to attend the original time, will result in the original appointment being treated as a short-notice cancellation with no refund.
  • Rescheduling Limit: Sessions may only be rescheduled a maximum of two (2) times in total. Attempting a third reschedule will result in the forfeiture of the session fee with no refund.
• Cancellations Initiated by Awaken with Anastasia: If Awaken with Anastasia must cancel or reschedule your session for any reason, you will receive the choice of a 100% full refund (with no administrative fees deducted) or a priority reschedule at your convenience.

c. Multi-Session Packages and Bundles
For multi-session packages, multi-packs, or contracts involving multiple sessions (including but not limited to 2-session tarot bundles and 12-session ascension packages), the following terms apply:

• Pro-Rated Package Cancellation: If you request to cancel a multi-session package or bundle before all sessions are rendered, your refund will be pro-rated based on single-session pricing. The sessions you have already used will be billed at our standard, non-discounted single-session rate rather than the promotional bundle rate. We will deduct that total amount, along with any applicable preparation fees under Section 6(d), and refund the remaining balance.
• Cancellation Timing Requirement: To receive a pro-rated refund for any unused sessions within your package, you must cancel the package at least 48 hours before any upcoming scheduled session. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a scheduled session are subject to the Late Cancellation Policy outlined in Section 6(b).
• Per-Session Rescheduling Limits: The limits on rescheduling (a maximum of two reschedules per appointment, and the 48-hour Rescheduling Lock-in Clause outlined in Section 6(b)) apply individually to each scheduled session within your package or bundle. Rescheduling limits do not roll over or aggregate across the bundle.

d. Work Completed Clause

For single and multi-session services (excluding divination and tarot readings), if we have already spent time preparing materials, notes, or other work product for your upcoming session, that preparation time will be deducted from any refund owed to you, at a rate of 25% of the cost of the applicable session. This deduction applies in addition to, and is calculated separately from, any cancellation fees described in Section 6(a) or pro-rated amounts described in Section 6(b).

e. Coaching and Consulting — Proof of Effort Required

For coaching or consulting Services, before any refund is issued, you may be required to provide proof of completed coursework, exercises, or effort associated with the program (the "Do the Work" requirement). We reserve the right to deny a refund if you cannot demonstrate a good-faith effort to engage with and apply the materials provided.

f. Digital Products, Courses, and Customized Services

ALL SALES ARE FINAL for digital products, courses, and customized services. No refunds will be issued for these categories, except where required by applicable law.

• Digital products, pre-recorded or self-paced courses, and any service customized or personalized specifically for you are non-refundable once purchased, due to their nature as immediately accessible, non-returnable, or individually tailored offerings.
• This applies regardless of whether you have accessed or used the product, course, or customized service, except where a refund is strictly required under applicable consumer protection law.

g. Cancellations and Non-Performance by Us

If Awaken with Anastasia cancels a scheduled session or is otherwise unable to provide a Service you have purchased or booked, you will be notified as soon as possible and will receive, at your choice:

• A full refund of the amount paid for that Service, issued promptly; or
• The option to reschedule the session at no additional cost.

The cancellation and refund fees described in this Section 6 apply only to cancellations or no-shows initiated by you, the client, and do not apply when we are the party canceling or unable to perform.

h. General Terms

• All cancellations must be submitted by phone, text, or email using the contact information in Section 17, and the time of cancellation will be determined by when that notice is received.
• These cancellation and refund terms apply regardless of the reason for cancellation, including change of mind or scheduling conflicts, except as otherwise stated above or where required by applicable law.

i. Neural Root Mapping™ — Remote Session Equipment Requirement

• Remote Neural Root Mapping™ sessions require you to independently obtain a gaze-based pointer device (approximate cost: up to $15), as described in the pre-session preparation materials sent after booking. This requirement is disclosed and must be acknowledged at the time of booking.
• If you do not have the required pointer device ready at the start of your scheduled remote Neural Root Mapping™ session, the session will be treated as a no-show under Section 6(b) and is non-refundable, regardless of the 48-hour cancellation and rescheduling windows otherwise described in this Section 6.
• It is your responsibility to order this item with enough time to allow for shipping. We are not responsible for shipping delays, and such delays do not entitle you to a refund, session extension, or exception to this policy.

j. Live-Event, Email, and Text Tarot Readings

For tarot readings purchased through live events—including TikTok, Discord, Instagram, and Meetup—or delivered by email or text, you must include your tarot question in the payment form as instructed. If no question is provided and I cannot easily reach you using the contact information submitted, your purchase will be canceled and refunded, minus a 10% administrative and processing fee to cover non-recoverable payment processing charges and administrative overhead.

7. Neural Root Mapping™ Disclaimer

Neural Root Mapping™ is an experimental method personally developed by Awaken with Anastasia. It is not a licensed, clinically validated, or peer-reviewed form of psychotherapy, trauma treatment, or medical care.

By booking or participating in a Neural Root Mapping™ session, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Not psychotherapy or medical treatment. Neural Root Mapping™ is not psychotherapy, counseling, trauma therapy, or any other licensed mental health service, and Awaken with Anastasia is not a licensed therapist, psychologist, psychiatrist, or other mental health professional. Neural Root Mapping™ has not been evaluated, approved, or endorsed by any medical board, licensing body, or research institution.
• Experimental and personal in origin. Neural Root Mapping™ was created by Awaken with Anastasia based on personal experience and practice. It is not a standardized or scientifically validated protocol, and no specific outcome, result, or degree of relief is guaranteed.
• Nature of the process. Neural Root Mapping™ sessions are designed to intentionally bring root memories, emotions, and physical sensations to the surface, and may involve intense emotional or physical release, including but not limited to crying, shaking, trembling, or vocalizing. These reactions are considered a normal part of the process, but they can be intense, unpredictable, and, in some cases, distressing. You are voluntarily choosing to participate in this process with this understanding, and you assume all risk associated with it.
• Not appropriate for everyone. Neural Root Mapping™ is not appropriate for, and should not be used by, anyone who is currently experiencing a mental health crisis or suicidal ideation, who has a diagnosed dissociative disorder or psychotic disorder, or who has severe or complex PTSD and is not currently working with a licensed mental health professional. By booking a Neural Root Mapping™ session, you represent that none of the above applies to you. If you are uncertain whether Neural Root Mapping™ is appropriate for you, you should consult a licensed mental health professional before booking.
• No real-time crisis support. Awaken with Anastasia is not equipped or qualified to provide real-time crisis intervention or emergency mental health care. If you experience a mental health emergency during or after a session, the session may be paused or ended, and you will be directed to contact a licensed mental health professional or emergency services. Awaken with Anastasia is not responsible for providing that care directly.
• Your responsibility to disclose. You are responsible for disclosing any relevant mental health history, diagnoses, or current treatment to the extent you are comfortable doing so, so that a booking decision can be made accordingly. Awaken with Anastasia is not responsible for identifying conditions or risks that are not disclosed.
• No substitute for professional care. Neural Root Mapping™ is not a substitute for professional medical, psychiatric, or psychological care. If you are currently in treatment for a mental health condition, you should consult your treating professional before beginning Neural Root Mapping™ and continue any recommended care alongside it.
• Collaboration with your therapist. If you are currently working with a licensed therapist or mental health professional, Awaken with Anastasia is open to coordinating with that professional regarding your Neural Root Mapping™ sessions, provided your therapist approves of your participation and consents to that coordination. Any such collaboration is offered at Awaken with Anastasia's discretion, does not create a treatment relationship between Awaken with Anastasia and your therapist, and does not change or reduce any of the disclaimers, limitations, or responsibilities described in this section. You remain solely responsible for facilitating any communication or consent between Awaken with Anastasia and your therapist.
• Remote sessions are also subject to the equipment requirement described in Section 6(i).

If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, contact a licensed medical or mental health professional, or emergency services, immediately. Do not rely on Neural Root Mapping™ as a substitute for such care.

8. User Conduct

When using the Website or Services, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Use the Services for any unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse us or any other person in connection with the Services.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website, our systems, or other users' accounts.
• Reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content from the Website or Services for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or terminate Services to anyone for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

All content on the Website and provided through the Services, including text, graphics, logos, images, course materials, audio, video, and the compilation thereof, is the property of Awaken with Anastasia or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any such content without our prior written permission, except for your own personal, non-commercial use of materials provided to you as part of a purchased Service.

The Website may contain links to third-party websites or services, including payment processors, scheduling tools, and social media platforms. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party website or service. Your use of any third-party website or service is at your own risk and subject to that third party's own terms and policies.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE WEBSITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE WEBSITE OR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY RESULTS, OUTCOMES, OR INSIGHTS OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AWAKEN WITH ANASTASIA, ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR HEALTH-RELATED OUTCOME, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE OR SERVICES — INCLUDING ANY WELLNESS, HEALTH, HERBAL, SUPPLEMENT, NUTRITIONAL, OR DIVINATION-RELATED INFORMATION OR GUIDANCE — EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Awaken with Anastasia, its owners, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Website or Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

14. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Please read this section carefully. It affects your legal rights, including your right to file a lawsuit in court.

• Informal Resolution First. Before filing any claim against us, you agree to contact us at the email listed in Section 17 to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting you. If a dispute is not resolved within thirty (30) days of submission, either party may proceed to formal dispute resolution as set forth below.
• Binding Arbitration. Except for disputes that qualify for small claims court (see below), you and Awaken with Anastasia agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through final and binding arbitration, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify.
• Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted by a recognized arbitration provider mutually agreed upon by the parties, or in the absence of agreement, the American Arbitration Association (AAA), under its rules then in effect. The arbitration shall take place in, or be conducted remotely consistent with the rules of, the county/state listed in Section 15 governing law, unless you and we agree otherwise.
• Small Claims Court Exception. Either party may bring an individual action in small claims court for disputes that qualify under the rules of that court, in lieu of arbitration.
• Class Action Waiver. You and we agree that any arbitration or proceeding shall be limited to the dispute between us individually. To the fullest extent permitted by law: (i) no arbitration or proceeding shall be joined with any other; (ii) there is no right or authority for any dispute to be arbitrated or resolved on a class action basis or to utilize class action procedures; and (iii) there is no right or authority for any dispute to be brought in a purported representative capacity on behalf of the general public or any other persons.
• Opt-Out Right. You may opt out of this arbitration provision within thirty (30) days of first accepting these Terms by sending written notice to the email listed in Section 17. If you opt out, neither you nor we may enforce this arbitration provision against the other, and disputes will be resolved in accordance with Section 15 (Governing Law).

If any portion of this arbitration provision is found to be unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in effect, except that if the class action waiver is found unenforceable, the entire arbitration provision shall be null and void, and the dispute shall be resolved in court as set forth in Section

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to them or the Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles, except as otherwise required by applicable arbitration law (the Federal Arbitration Act, where applicable). To the extent any dispute is not subject to arbitration under Section 14, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in California for the resolution of any such dispute.

Your continued use of the Website or Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
